How we pick GM's

How do we choose our GM's?

Firstly,understand the purpose of GameMasters. They are in the server to provide assistance to players in the game who are in need. For example a player has problems with his or her items or there is a bug.

Secondly, A GameMaster should not party in game players. Even in events, the event date should be announced a day before to ensure fairness to all. The GameMaster must never give items to his friends or give in to beggers

Thirdly, I personally believe a GameMaster is not just an ingame player. He or she should help outside the server such as replying quickly in Flawless Mu thread or in forums. The GameMaster should also help advertise the server at all times instead of playing in the server all the time.

Now how do i choose my GM's?

Most of the time GM positions are firstly given to admin's friends who are interested to help out. Well that is certainly not a problem. A good admin should never just depend on what a player claims he is and accept him as a gm. The Admin should check out his position in Flawless Mu forum and his background knowledge. The Admin must trust his GMs in order to have a smooth server without any problems. An Admin also should not be too commanding with his GMs. Always maintain a friendly relationship.

Below are the things a good gm has
1. The gm must know how to handle multi-chat
2. Handle many players.
3. Friendly on instant messaging.
4. Handle forum posts.
